Kent has served in officer-level executive positions in companies ranging from Fortune 250 to start-up biotech, championing the development of a results-oriented culture aligned to unique business strategies. Kent has a BA and an MBA from Indiana University.
Brian is a consulting psychologist and leading expert on the successful integration of talent management software systems with strategically linked business processes. He has worked with clients in the retail, manufacturing, software and energy industries. Brian is on the faculty at Loyola University where he teaches organizational and industrial psychology. He has a BA from Loyola and a doctorate in psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
As the founding partner of 3D Results, Bob combines a creative approach to developing Culture on Purpose with extensive experience as a corporate HR executive in e-commerce, software, healthcare and manufacturing companies. He has provided executive leadership in IPOs, spin-offs and mergers and acquisitions and is co-author of “Building a High Performance Company” in Managing Change in Healthcare (1999). Bob has a BS from Marquette University and an MS in organizational psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
